…of Depeche Mode and zucchinis!
So I may have eaten most of the grated zucchini before it made its way into these muffins, but they turned out fine! Rather dense and chocolaty, and I have to say, I enjoy the green flecks amidst all the chocolate.
Look what my landlady gave me- home-made strawberry-kiwi jam! I get so excited when other people give me food, haha (’cause I’m generally the one doing the giving…which is lovely too).

And back I go to the Hemingway essay. I must say, although I mostly enjoy online classes, it’s tough to get home from a full day’s work at a desk job only to sit back down and plug away at homework! Oh well, hopefully I’ll manage, and then I won’t have to take distance ed over my last co-op term
