I like this place a lot. It’s tiny though, so be prepared to hang out on the front patio!
I made more Carrot Pineapple Sunshine muffins! Must continue spreading joy through baking.
Carrot + pineapple + raisins + flaxseed + coconut = fruity, healthy treats.
I also made my favourite squash and wheatberry salad, adapted from the Pilgrims’ Produce cookbook. Talk about delicious and nutritious! The original recipe calls for spelt but wheatberries cook a little faster and I prefer their texture. I also added some yellow pepper, grated carrot, and chopped arugula, ’cause you can never have too many greens.
Now I must figure out an interesting side dish for Christmas dinner!
